This how I can run Adobe Illustrator CS6 on my Linux. Complete step-by-step tutorial :
Install PlayOnLinux
wget -q ” -O- | sudo apt-key add –
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/playonlinux.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install playonlinux
Open PlayOnLinux
Locate to Photoshop installer
Follow the installation instruction

FYI, If someone encounter this error:
Wine cannot find the FreeType font library. To enable Wine to
use TrueType fonts please install a version of FreeType greater than
or equal to 2.0.5.
You can solve it by typing:
rm -f ~/.PlayOnLinux/wine/linux*/*/lib*/libz*
