Shadow Dance, it is the most easily applicable ability, it does not need you to do anything weird for it to work, like hit someone or get in a fight.
You passively heal whenever people don't see you, and the heal is very substancial and once every few seconds, you can become completly undetectable with a huge boost in movement.

Honestly surge, empower, or alacrity would be excellent real life abilities, because industry would pay you to cast it all day on things.

Sleeping a third of my life is more enjoyable then to work a third of my time, My shitty ability would be to work while i sleep. So when I'm done with work for the day I feel rested instead of exhausted.

in the dota world 1 day is 16 minutes, so 8 minutes is 12 of our hours. so timelapse would put you back 450 seconds or 7.5 minutes. probably not enough time to reach the inside of a bank vault. also! it doesn't rewind time for everyone, just puts you back where you were 7.5 mins ago, which would be on the street somewhere without your car cuz your car is still at the bank. chrono would work much better since it stops cameras from recording you
Here's a silly idea. Pick a voice actor for Dota, only take abilities from the heroes they voice. Jon St. John, for example, voices Axe, Bloodseeker, Enigma, and Kunkka.

I’ve thought of this. My three favorites. Being able to fly, but only as fast as you could walk, 3 feet off the ground, and you have to do the super man pose. Second is being able to charge batteries between your thumb and forefinger. Third would be 10% better hearing than everyone else.

We walk/jog for distances that would kill most animals, and can survive injuries that would be crippiling even without medical attention for quite some time.

Inconsequential superpower that wasn't suggested. Perfect arithmetic. I've spent a lot of my time learning a bunch of math, and it's all super cool and useful, but actually doing basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in my head has always been a pain and something I've struggled with a bit. Just being able to know what any number times any number is without having to think about it would be so fucking convenient, but it wouldn't make me any more useful than a good calculator on it's own.
