I've had some hens in the freezer for a couple of months so going to try your marinade recipe out and see how I do with my WSM.

  9. Great meal! the hens look really tender! I've gotta try it! I took your idea of making a seafood loaf of my own the other day! I made a mini one to try it out on the grill and it came out great! I loved that idea of using seafood, it was delicious! Thanks for the great recipes!
