It has been scientifically proven that working out increase or more so Spike our testosterone levels and drop back to normal levels after the traing session is completed . training will mess anyone up. Too muck of anything in this life will put any one down. The next fun fact/ scary thing about the whole situation is, if your T levels are too low you can go blind or experience hair loss.   9. Most people only require 6 hours of sleep, if I sleep more than 7 hours every day, I fell so lazy, yet when I sleep 5 to 6 hours a days with a 8 hour sleep night once a week, I feel so much better.
